Power for the Peaceful is a weekly community meditation circle designed to steady the nervous system and soften the heart in these times of global and local unrest. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and somatic awareness, we reconnect to our inner sanctuary, remembering that peace IS powerful, embodied, and contagious.
Together, we cultivate resilience and compassion. We strengthen our personal capacity while nourishing a culture of community care and awareness. These gatherings offer a place to exhale, to pause, to self-regulate, to be witnessed, and to remember that we are not alone.
