Cancellation Policy
This policy is set to establish clear conditions in the case of cancellation on the side of attendees and facilitators.
Please read this carefully and note the important dates as no exceptions will be made.
These dates and policies reflect the value of the time taken to create and coordinate this event, and the difficulty in replacing reservations on short-notice cancellations.
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due on booking.
Full payment is due June 30th, 2023.
Failure to complete payment by this date will result in forfeit of your deposit and the loss of your reservation.
If you are booking after June 30th, the full amount will be due immediately.
In the case that you need to cancel your reservation:
If you cancel after June 30th, but on or before July 16th, you will receive a 50% refund on the cost of your retreat.
If you cancel after July 16th you forfeit the full cost of your retreat.
**We strongly encourage you to find a replacement in the case that you must cancel. If you are able to find a replacement for your reservation, your balance will be transferred to that attendee.
***if the facilitators must cancel the event at any time, for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
